** At least one member of each chapter is required to attend, however it is recommended to have all chapter officers at the session. Other chapter members are invited to attend.

I.D. BRACELETS:
For the safety and security of the attendeses ID bracelets will be given out to all registered participants.I.D. bracelets are to be attached by Convention Staff in order to insure proper placement. If I.D. bracelets are not attached correctly, the room guards will not allow you into the ballrooms or any other events. NOTICE: I.D. bracelets are not to be removed for the duration of the convention. Lost or removed I.D. bracelets require full repayment of registration fees. No Refunds. No Exceptions.
