Builders—Long Island.

Lawreuce.—Lord & Hewlett, No. 123 East 23d street, New York
City, are drawiug plans for a three-story frame residence to be built
for A. A. Hauds. Specificatious will call for hot-air heating, open
plumbiug. hardwood fioors, plate and leaded glass.   Cost, $15,000.

Armour Park.—A two-story frame boat-house will be erected on the
bay for the South Bay Yacht Club. Ifc will contain all the latest im¬
provements and cost $4,500.

Gi-eeuporfc.—A new water supply sy.stem is contemplated. The
matter is in the bauds of the village authoritiea.

Peeouic.-A large hotel is to be erected on the north aide of Peconic
Bay by the Noyack Cottage Asaoj-iation. It will contaiu all the
latest improvemeuts, aanitary plumbing, electric bells, etc,___________
 

College Point.—Bonds are to be issued to the amount of $20,000
for tbe construction of a water tower. A two-story frame engine
house will be erected at a coat of $2,500.

Flushing.-Gannon & Hauds will prepare the plaus for the clnb-
houae to be erected here.

Far Rockaway.—Richard Carman has the contract to erect a two-
story and attic frame cottage for Joshua West opposite tbe school
building. It will contain all improvements and hot air heating, E,
B, Newhall wiU huild a large addition to the hotel on Central ave¬
nue.   It will have allimprovements.

Richmoud Hill.—J- G. Robinson, of New York, has plans for a two-
story frame business building to be erected for A. Hayea. It will
contain all improvements and hot water heating.
