We are picking up with the story of 1199 in the early-to mid-1960s. Today we want to focus largely on some of the outside activities or the non-workplace activities of 1199 in this early period. First of all, would you characterize the early- to mid-Sixties as sort of a period of consolidation for the union after all these organizing and legal achievements?
