Well, I don't know. I think it may have been Goodwin. I must ask Goodwin how did that develop, because I really thought it was my conversations with Mrs. Johnson, but he really had a real task force on it. The ideas ere very similar to mine. Isn't that extraordinary? And not from people that I knew.
Well, the time is ripe for this development.
