had to commit themselves to problems in the health field.
And it was a national recognition of the subject. . .
As an important subject, yes. And the extraordinary thing to me is that up until this feeble effort of mine, it had never been recognized as anything that needed to be or should be discussed by the President.
Well, that was indeed a milestone to get that established as custom.
To get that going as a custom, yes.
