Dr. Mike DeBakey is the chairman. He's written letters to state
health officers, to state mental health commissioners. We've gotten
23 states to -- governors of states to issue proclamations of
High Blood Pressure Month for May. I appeared with Mayor Beame on the
city TV for a proclamation of High Blood Pressure Month in New York City,
on May17th --

No, I just appeared. And Emerson Foote and Mr. Lester Winderman
-- Lester Winderman and Ted Cooper and I have interested, through
Dr. Howard Rusk, the to say that they will do
a campaign, which might be in the area of 10 million dollars, we hope,
to keep people alerted about the need for treatment and screening
for high blood pressure.
It's kind of a tandem thing, you're advertising the fact
and at the same time providing the funds.
Yes, it's tandem, trying to get funds to treat people
more easily. Now, you'd think that this all should have been done
by the United States Public Health Service of HEW, but
