When one does these things and makes these efforts,

Well, I had a friend, Dr. Peter Bourne, who has
just gotten into a great deal of difficulty about having given
a prescription for a very strong tranquillizing drug, and
there are all kinds of rumors about his using pot and
cocaine, and he has resigned from the White House. That's
