Q:

I want you to tell me about your pre-birthday dinner which was held in our building in our restaurant at Butler Hall. This was back in May or some time.

Lasker:

What was that?

Q:

It was a party for you, a pre-birthday party, that was held in the spring rather than on your birthday.

Lasker:

In February?

Q:

And it was up at Butler Hall in a restaurant up on the roof.

Lasker:

That's the best restaurant I ever went to in my life.

Q:

That's in our building.

Lasker:

Do you eat there every day?

Q:

Not every day. Can't afford to every day.

Lasker:

I never in my life have had such a good meal outside of France and seldom in France. Well, that was the doings of a friend of mine, a producer, Morton Gottlieb, who just likes to entertain. And the way to entertain is to say it's somebody's
