If you are a SEAS student who has been granted a medical leave
of absence and had guaranteed housing when you left, you are
guaranteed housing upon readmission. However, you will not
participate in Room Selection for the school year in which
you return. Instead, you will be assigned a room over the
summer.

New SEAS 3-2 transfers who are a part of a Combined Plan Program
may apply for graduate housing through the University Apartment
Housing Office (UAH) SEAS 3-2 transfer students who live in
UAH housing during their first year at Columbia are eligible
to enter the URH Housing Lottery in the spring and select
a URH room for their final room in the program.

The Committee on Instruction and the faculty of The Fu Foundation
School of Engineering and Applied Science review the degree
requirements and curricula matters each year, and the Bulletin
reflects these faculty recommendations and curricular changes
in its yearly reprinting. School policy then requires students
to fulfill all degree requirements as stated in the Bulletin
of the first year of their matriculation into the School;
they must declare their major during the second semester of
their sophomore year. Requirements for the major or minor
are in accordance with the Bulletin during the year the student
declares the major or minor.
