Dear Class of 2005:

Please read through the entire message as it contains important information regarding Senior Week 2005 tickets. By now you should have received your personalized URLs to purchase tickets for Senior Week events. Congratulations if you have successfully completed your transactions. To address several questions that have been posed to the Senior Week 2005 Committee we created this list of Frequently Asked Questions. Please read all of this information. Thank you.

FAQs:

Q: I've lost my personal URL - how can I have it resent to me?

A: Send an email to [email protected] and it will be resent to you.

Q: If I have already logged into the e-commerce site -- will I be able to do so again?

A: No. The URLs are for one time use only. Please make sure that you complete all your transactions once you have entered the site. You will not be able to re-use the URLs.

Q: I received an email informing me that my credit card purchase did not go through and that my transaction is still pending. What do I do now?

A: You have until 4 pm on the day of the transaction or 4pm the next business day (whichever comes first) to complete the sale -- please come to the SDA Office, 515 Lerner Hall, with the exact cash amount, the email notice that you received, and your CUID ID. Transactions that have not been completed in time will be placed back in the general pool for sale.

Q: I wanted to purchase a ticket to a specific event but it has sold out. Will I have another opportunity to purchase an available ticket?

A: Once an event is sold out there are no more tickets for that event. The only sold out events that we have very few tickets on hold for are Senior Ball, the Mets game, the Movie Screening, and the Wine and Cheese Reception. If these events are sold out and you are interested in purchasing one please contact the Office of Student Development and Activities at 212-854-3611 or email us at [email protected]. That way we can inform you of whether or not there are still available tickets for these events.

Q: Where can I purchase Senior Week stickers?

A: Stickers can be purchased at the Jazz Reception on May 12th, the “Old School” screening on May 13th or at the Lerner Pub on May 14th.

Q: Can non-CUID holders purchase Senior Ball tickets? Can they attend the Ball?

A: Non CUID holders cannot purchase the event, but they can attend as the guest of CUID holders. Your party will need appropriate ID and a ticket for entrance. If you notice, Senior Ball is the only event you are able to purchase 2 tickets for.

Q: How do I reserve a table at the Senior Ball?

A: If you have purchased a ticket to the Senior Ball you will have an opportunity to reserve a table so that you many sit with your friends. While it is not necessary for you to reserve a table, we do advise it. In order to reserve a table only one member of your party needs to sign up your group. Tables seat a maximum of 10 people. If you are coming to sign up your friends, please bring with you their full names and their meal preferences. It is imperative that the names of your party match those that are on our list. If they do not, you will be unable to sign up that student. Table reservations will take place in Lerner Hall on the ramps between 1pm and 5pm on Thursday, May 5th, Friday, May 6th, Monday, May 9th and Tuesday, May 10th. After 5pm on May 10th table seating will be based on availability. Also, meal preferences can only be taken up until 5p on May 9th.

Q: What is the attire for Senior Ball?

A: Senior Ball is a black-tie event so dress to impress. Gentlemen, if you are interested in renting a tuxedo for Senior Ball please visit the Lerner ramp tables from 1pm and 5pm on Thursday, May 5th, Friday, May 6th, Monday, May 9th and Tuesday, May 10th.

Q: Six Flag tickets have sold out -- what can I do?

A: Students who were unable to purchase a Six Flag ticket can always opt to buy tickets on their own, provide their own transportation and meet up with the group.

Q: How do I get my senior week tickets?

A: Tickets for Six Flags, the Mets game, The Movie Screening (Kingdom of Heaven) and the Broadway shows will be available for pick up in the Lerner Hall Box Office between 1pm and 4pm on Thursday, May 5th, Friday, May 6th, Monday, May 9th and Tuesday May 10th. To pick up tickets please bring your printed confirmation and your CUID. For entry to Senior Ball and The Wine & Cheese Reception please bring your printed confirmation and your CUID. These will serve as your form of entry into those two events. Please bring 2 forms of ID to drink at these events.

What else do I need to know?

* On-line ticket sales end on Monday, May 10th at 10am.

* You will be responsible for your proof of purchases via your email confirmation or your SDA stamped receipt. Please do not lose these -- they will not be replaced. Make multiple copies for each event that you plan to attend.
