Ticket Information



Attn: On Monday, April 23rd at 9am, all graduating seniors will receive an email from Senior Week which will include a personal URL. Each student is sent an individual URL to access the secure e-commerce website to purchase tickets for Senior Week 2007 events. Student will ONLY be allowed to access this site once and will not be able to make changes after submission. If a student loses his or her URL, please email [email protected]

All seniors must purchase a Senior Week Sticker in order to pick-up purchased tickets to senior week events.

Payment Method:
  • Domestic Credit Card - Total cost will be directly charged to credit card entered. No international credit cards.
  • Cash - students who opt for cash payment will have tickets reserved for 24 hour max. Must go to SDA (5th floor Lerner) to pay within this time period. If not, reservation(s) will be lost.

Ticket Pick-up:
  • Students must bring online printed confirmation as provided during purchase to the Lerner box office.
  • Students paying cash must have their confirmation stamped by SDA officer (5th floor Lerner).
  • Student must show Columbia/Barnard ID in order to receive tickets.
  • Student can only pick up tickets for themselves.

Limitations:
  • Each student is limited to purchasing one sticker and ticket per event with exception to Senior Ball, where 2 are allowed per student.
  • Students are required to purchase a senior sticker before qualifying to purchase tickets for other events.

Senior Sticker Discounts (valid between Thursday 04/10 and Thursday 04/17):
  • Senior students who purchase a $5 senior sticker will receive 10% discount off at the following vendors:
    1. Columbia Cottage - For purchases greater than $20, and during dinner time only.
    2. Radio Perfecto - For purchases greater than $20.
    3. 109th Street Gourmet Deli - For any food purchases only.
  • Student must present the senior sticker to vendor before qualifying for discount.

Refund Policy:
  • Once tickets are purchased online, Senior Week 2007 is not responsible for any of the following:
    1. Replacing lost or stolen tickets or stickers.
    2. Failure of student to pick up tickets and/or sticker during box office period.
  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
