USGBC Emerging Green Builders NY Career Fair
Saturday November 17th 2007
7 World Trade Center.
REGISTER TODAY!
The Emerging Green Builders of New York are pleased to invite you to the second EGBNY Career Fair of 2007. Due to an overwhelmingly positive response to our first Fair in March, we have decided to make this a semi-annual event. The Fall 2007 EGBNY Career Fair will be held at 7 World Trade Center (250 Greenwich St) on November 17th. Even if you are not actively recruiting or seeking a new position, the view of Manhattan and the New York waterways are worth the trip. Recruiting will take place from 10am to 3pm. See below for more details and instructions.
The idea of an EGBNY Career Fair was born from a need to connect emerging green builders to esteemed companies in the architecture, engineering and construction industries. The event will predominantly feature companies from New York, focused on building design and construction. Students and young professionals (less than 5 years experience) from all disciplines are welcome. Interest, coursework or experience in one of the fields listed above is highly desirable.
For Students and Young Professionals
ADMISSION IS FREE. All you have to do is register and show up. BOTH students and young professionals are welcome, regardless of where you are from or where you go/went to school. We would love to see you find the perfect employer at this year's Fall Career Fair. Bring your resume and a smile - the top firms in the green building industry will be attending. All attendees and EGBNY members will be allowed to submit their resume to the Career Fair Resume Book (optional). If you cannot make it (
e.g. you live in Seattle and can't fly over here), you can become an EGBNY member and submit your resume as a new member.
