About Us

As one of Columbia’s pre-professional organizations, the Society
of Hispanic Professional Engineers work to promote professional
development, leadership, and community outreach through a series
of panels, panels of discussions, seminars, and workshops to
allow students from all backgrounds to become the next generation
of Hispanic leaders.

As part of the greater national organization, SHPE exists to change
lives by empowering the Hispanic community to realize its fullest
