The SIS Infoline provides technical support to administrative and academic users of our systems and services. Contact Infoline by e-mail (preferred by us for tracking purposes) at infoline@columbia.edu or by phone at (212) 854-2989. Infoline is staffed Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM and should be used for system questions, to report problems, or to request training. If you are not able to access the system during normal or extended scheduled hours and the Infoline is not open, call the CUIT Service Desk at (212) 854-1919.

Students with questions relating to their records in SIS should contact the appropriate school, department, or administrative office.
