Contact Infoline

The Student Information System (SIS) at Columbia University is an integrated mainframe computing system which includes admissions, financial aid, registration, transcripts, billing, and housing functions for all schools and offices at the University.

The SIS Infoline provides technical support to administrative and academic users of our systems and services. Contact Infoline by e-mail (preferred by us for tracking purposes) at infoline@columbia.edu or by phone at (212) 854-2989. Infoline is staffed Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM and should be used for system questions, to report problems, or to request training. If you are not able to access the system during normal or extended scheduled hours and the Infoline is not open, call Computer Operations at 854-2652.

Students with questions relating to their records in SIS should contact the appropriate school, departmental, or administrative office.

At SIS we provide the best possible integrated student information services to the Columbia University community by working collaboratively to ensure the accessibility, integrity, and security of student information.
