1 - dinner next week (probably Thursday 10/04) in either a Brazilian restaurant or Serendipity to start out the year

2 - create a website for the Brazilian club

3 - make arrangements to watch Brazil's upcoming soccer game (10/10?)

4 - attend the Guggenheim's exhibit of Brazilian art (it opens 10/13)

5 - reach other Brazilian college groups in NY, (mainly NYU) to assist in the organization of bigger events, such as a Carnaval party

1 - separation of who's who in the club

2 - creation of positions

3 - decision to create a website - Carolina.

1- we filled out the ABC forms, so as to make the club official at Columbia

2- carolina is working on the website

3- the guggenheim exhibit on Brazilian art opens on the 19th, so we were thinking about organizing a trip there the following weekend (the 27,28). that weekend might be conflicting with midterm studying, etc. The exhibit runs for a few weeks, so if you know you won't be able to attend that weekend, that date is up for change.

4- since the Serendipity thing hasn't happened yet, we were thinking about going there this Friday (10/12), leaving Columbia at 5 PM.
