Bluebook Citation of Internet Sources
The following is reprinted from The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (16th ed. 1996).
17.3.3 Internet Sources
Citations to journals that appear only on the Internet should include the volume number, the title of the journal, and the sequential article number. Pinpoint citations should refer to the paragraph number, if available:

Use COLUM. SCI. & TECH. L. REV. as the abbreviation for the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review.
