On Monday, April 2, 2007, Sam Wyman, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Jefferson Waterman International, addressed the Columbia community as part of the Eisenhower Forum speaking series. Mr. Wyman discussed U.S. geopolitical strategy in the Middle East.

Students, faculty members, and invited guests enjoyed Mr. Wyman's hour long address. Following his speech, attendees asked the Jefferson Waterman International COO various questions ranging from government oversight of intelligence services to the Iranian nuclear situation. Pastries from the Hungarian Pastry Shop were enjoyed by attendees following this event.
