Brothers and Sisters,

  If any of you have checked your mail boxes over the past two days, you
  will have found the latest edistion of "The Fed." The back page contains
  a comic in honor of Black Heritage Month entitled "Blacky Fun White
  starring Kunta Korneluis and Steppin," serving not only as a throwback to
  the days of Jim Crow, but also adding to the pile of overtly racist acts
  committed on this campus. Enough is enough.
  Today, we will be addressing this issue at a conference at Teacher's
  College sponsored by the Association of Black Psychologists. The aim of
  the conference is to discover ways of combating racism in educational
  environments. World renowned author, feminist, and activist bell hooks
  will be speaking at 4:45. We will be meeting at 3:45 in the Malcolm X
  lounge from where we will all walk over to TC and get on the mic before
  sister hooks and address the conference of 700 masters and PhD students
  and Professors from all around the country. And this is only the
  beginning.

  PLEASE COME OUT AND SHOW YOUR SUPPORT BY WEARING A BLACK ARM BAND AND
  MEETING AT 3:45 IN THE MALCOLM X LOUNGE. TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND ANYONE YOU
  KNOW TO JOIN THIS CAUSE BECAUSE IT EFFECTS US ALL.
