Lodging (updated on March 3, 2004)

Please read the following carefully as the information has been updated recently!

We have reserved Columbia on-campus dorm rooms for this event. Participants (both presenters and non-presenters) will need to reserve and pay for their own lodgings individually. Room charges for presenters will be partially subsidized by the Conference later.

Participants will be housed in suites in Carman Hall. Each suite has two rooms and one bathroom. Each room in the suite is furnished with two twin-sized bed, a desk, and a campus phone. Linens will be provided. Participants have the option to share a room with someone or take it for single occupancy. It is recommended that you bring all necessary toiletries (e.g. shower shoes, tooth brush and paste). For more information please contact Dr. Le-ning Liu.

Room Rates

For each room in the suite:
$88 per night for two people
$55 per night for one person

Please note that the room rates may be subject to change. Therefore early reservation is strongly recommended. No deposit is required at the time of reservation. The new deadlines for room reservations are:

After the deadline room reservations will be subject to availability.
