The Teen Club soda fountain, exactly as I remember it but without the German ladies who ran it. Also I'm pretty sure they sold hamburgers and french fries too but I don't see a grill or fryer. The photo is not quite big enough to make out the menu that is partially hidden by the flourescent lamp, I can see "Milk 5¢", but the other items are illegible. But the prices aren't; they are 5¢, 10¢, 15¢ (milkshake?), 20¢ (malts?).
