In 1977 my first child was born, Peter, named mainly after Uncle Pete. In 1978 Pete came to our apartment on West 118th Street in Manhattan to see his namesake. He told us he had once lived not far from there, 10 or 20 blocks to the north in Harlem, on or near Riverside Drive. I don't know when or why.
