It's blurry but it's the only shot I took of the Idle Hour Theater (on the left, looking southeast). Admission was 25¢ in the early '60s. On the right, just beyond the edge of the picture... I think that's where "the pit" was. The tall building looming over the trees wasn't there in the early 60s.
