West Side Market. Mainly for the University crowd and well-off residents. Prices are high. But there is a token amount of supplies for the remnants of the Hispanic community: a few green plátanos, a few yuca roots, that's about it (besides the obligatory Goya section that's found in every supermarket these days). The old West Side Market had every kind of tuber: yuca, batata, mapuey, yautía, ñame, you ñame it, and plátanos maduros and verdes.
