To go abroad requires commitment and dedication. This program is for teachers who are willing to go to another country and study for an estimated 24 months. The goals will be to master all programs being taught, and then go back to Jamaica where you, the teacher, will teach other teachers what you have learned. All expenses will be paid for by the organization of My Jamaica and Technology and the department of education.

To be qualified for this opportunity, you must be a

Citizen of Jamaica.

Have a bachelor or higher degree in education

Must be teaching for 5 or more years

Have a clean criminal record.

Have a passport and visa

Willing to travel to another country for an estimated 24 months where you will attend school, and then go back to Jamaica and teach to other teachers what you have learn.

Willing to sign a contact that you will work for the pubic school system of Jamaica for 5 years.
