Results in Applied Mathematics

I am a faculty member in the Applied Mathematics Program. I also a member of the Data Science Institute, the Initiative for Computational Science and Engineering, and the Artificial Intelligence @Columbia

Seminars @ Columbia:  Applied Math Colloquium       Applied Probability Seminar        Statistics Seminar      Mathematics Colloquium

I am interested in various research topics in computational and applied mathematics, including, e.g., inverse problems for partial differential equations, mathematics of imaging, scientific machine learning, optimization and sampling algorithms, uncertainty quantification, fast algorithms, random graphs and complex networks, and kinetic models.

Some of the recent research preprints can be found on arXiv.
