Dear Sir,

Thank you very much for the kind proposal of your book New Musical Theories and Fantasies by an Artist2 [contained] in your letter. We must however, with regret, inform you that we are not in a position to contend for the publication of the work because we are already over-extended with numerous other undertakings.
