I have the honor of informing you pro tem in response to your esteemed communication of December 3, 1924,¹ that I have with pleasure forwarded your wishes in regard to the form of awarding of the

Sophie Deutsch Stipendium for Musicians²

to the Federal Ministry for Education as the decision-making authority and once the decision has been reached I shall notify you of it.
