Just Some Filler for the Chapter Title

We started the chapter by focusing on a domain specification exercise in User Path 1. Then, we examined slightly modified guidelines for constructs that we might measure in User Paths 2-6. Table 6.13 summarized the essential ideas in Chapter 6 in the form of a checklist.


We made a distinction between learning and achievement in User Path 1. Learning can vary in different individuals and may or may not be inferred directly from the evidence that an assessment procedure yields. Provided that we begin with a clear definition of the achievement domain, achievement is a more measurable construct in User Path 1.
