Specifying the domain for constructs in User Paths 2-6 requires procedures similar to those in User Path 1. Unlike achievement in Path 1, constructs in these paths are typically or naturally occurring characteristics. The domain specification process was modified to a five step process for constructs in User Paths 2-6. Here, we would identify the general and specific indicators of the construct (as opposed to outcomes, competencies, and enablers). Depending on the construct we target, the literature, reference documents, and data sources from which we would draw the indicators could be diverse.
