Assessment Specifications

Assessment Purpose: Screening. Research. To test theoretical hypotheses about the relationship between the personality trait of extraversion and individuals' perceptions of how well they fit into the organization where they plan to work after graduation.

Population: Undergraduate seniors at Columbia University, University of Pennsylvania, Rutgers University, University of Chicago, Rice University, University of Washington, University of Oregon, University of Colorado, Pomona College, Colby College and Indiana University who intend to work in an organization following college graduation.

Construct: The personality trait of extraversion

Assessment Method: Written, Sturctured Response Self-Report Measure using Likert Scales
