The purpose of this study is to gather information about your personality for later use in testing research hypotheses regarding the relationships between personality traits and job search and career patterns. The results will be used to better our understanding of these relationships and eventually to help graduating students become more effective at the job search and career planning processes. individual responses will be kept completely confidential. The information you provide here will only be seen by the research team and never released to your school, the career services office, recruiters, or any other party whatsoever.
