A computer scientist-by-trade and an MBA, Michael leads teams in building solutions that (1) customers love and (2) are supported by the business—having created and captured value with AI, 5G, messaging, fintech, martech, mobile, and even Web 1.0 (at the start of his career). He maximizes ROI by de-risking opportunities for market desirability (or value), product usability, engineering feasibility, and business viability.
