I am a bioinformatics consultant at the Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center Biomedical Informatics Shared Resource
I assist researchers with their problems in sequence analysis, microarray analysis, and molecular modelling.
In this connection, I answer user queries, do analyses on a consulting basis, and do collaborative research.
I also teach a course in Biological Sequence Analysis
offered by the Department of Biomedical Informatics
and maintain a list of sequence analysis web-sites,

I will next teach a graduate course in Biological Sequence Analysis in Spring 2025
