I am Manager of the Bioinformatics Core of the Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center.
I perform analyses of a wide variety of 'omic data on a wide variety of disease-related topics.
In this connection, I do analyses on a consulting basis, and do collaborative research.
I also teach a course in Biological Sequence Analysis
offered by the Department of Biomedical Informatics
and maintain a list of sequence analysis web-sites,
I will next teach a graduate course in Biological Sequence Analysis in Spring 2027
