Avishai Mandelbaum is a Professor in the William Davidson Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Management at the Technion in Haifa, Israel. He is currently serving as Dean of the faculty. He has been very active in research on call centers and healthcare systems, as can be seen from his course and papers on Service Engineering
