WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS!!!

The Music you are hearing is the Anthem of the "UEFA Champions League". If you listen carefully, you will hear that the anthem itself predicts our great victory. It says:

"El Bar�a, El Bar�a,

Que va a conseguir, LA CHAMPIONS"

Which, in Spanish, says

"The Bar�a, The Bar�a,

A Team that will win, THE CHAMPIONS"

Note: Bar�a is the nickname of our team.

Note (2): The pictures you are seeing were taken during the night of May the 17th, the night of the final. Besides the players, in the pictures you can see President Joan Laporta (in black suit), coach Frank Rijkaard (in the winners t-shirt with "Mes que un club" - or "more than a club"- display), and me (in yellow).

I was recently awarded the "King Juan Carlos I Prize of Economics" which is given to the person who the Bank of Spain thinks is the best economist in Spain and Latin America. Go figure...
