I am currently a Master’s student in the Computer Science department at Columbia University. My primary focus is on learning how to apply machine learning methods to biological problems. Since joining the Shen lab in 2019, I have been working on developing models to help understand the genetic impact of noncoding mutations through the lens of RNA binding proteins.
