Chief Complaint: 27 year old man complaining of 2 week history of left breast swelling and tenderness
HPI: Patient underwent puberty at age 13 and had normal secondary sexual development. He denied recent change in shaving or loss of libido. He also denied history of liver, renal disease, symptoms of hyperthyroidism, headaches, visual changes, or use of any substances (anabolic steroids, marijauna, alcohol) other than melatonin. He underwent repair of bilateral indirect hernias 3 months prior to presentation. He also denied history of cryptorchidism.
