• VS: T 98.6 BP 122/63 P 62 R14

• App: normally virilized young man

• HEENT: discs: sharp and flat, VFF

• Neck: No thyromegaly or lymphadenopathy

• Chest: smooth, symmetric swelling of the left breast with expression of clear, nonsanguinous fluid

• ABD: no HSM or masses, well healed herniorrhaphy scars

• Genitalia: both testes descended, smooth, without masses
