Investigator’s Report

• Decedent had suffered strokes in the past

• Per the wife, dec had been drinking a green liquid she referred to as “some kind of melon juice” in the hours before he became unresponsive

• Anion gap metabolic acidosis on admission

• Admit bloods= ethylene glycol levels of 93 and 106 mg/dL
