• Heart weight 520 gms; expected weight approx. 400 gms

• Markedly granular kidneys with multiple simple cortical cysts= arteriolonephrosclerosis

• Multiple lacunar infarcts of brain

• = end organ damage of HYPERTENSIVE CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE
