I’m a Ph.D. student in the Department of Biomedical Informatics at Columbia University Medical Center. I completed a B.A. in Biology and Applied Mathematics at Colgate University.

My background is in machine learning, statistics, and graph theory, with applications to genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics. Currently, I am working on modeling protein molecular dynamics and characterizing missense variants using machine learning and computational biophysics.
