I am a postdoctoral research scientist in the laboratory of Yufeng Shen. I am interested in developing new computational methods to study the immune system. Additionally, I am jointly mentored by Dr. Megan Sykes at the Columbia Center for Translational Immunology. The Sykes and Shen labs have an ongoing collaboration to study the mechanism of immune tolerance in organ transplantation and the development of human T cell repertoire using high-throughput genomics and computational approaches.
