Welcome

The last century saw an explosion in our understanding of the behavior of isolated biomolecules in the test tube. The challenge for this century is to understand how these biomolecules come together to function as dynamic systems in a living cell. This question will require advances in physics, chemistry, engineering, and computation to be brought to bear on the biological sciences. Thus, we have brought together faculty and students working across these disciplines to build common resources, train, and collaborate in their research on this scientific frontier.
