Mark Robbins:- Same points apply as before about quality of space underground in new York. Needs a vertical dimension.
(Brian Mc Grath - has it in Lobby treatment under towers).
Lauren Otis:- Has identified a real opportunity in Liberty Plaza but then not opened it up and changed the whole block. Stayed underground at Plaza

Mark Robbins:- It could have been a more complex network if that is the proposal.
Lauren Otis:- Space in Liberty Plaza to make a grand ramp down between levels, the lenght of a full block as splendid entrance to teh city and the subway- this is a pot with one of the highest pedestrian counts at rush hour.. can't get that ramped connect ion inside building structures--need to take opportunity research has revealed...balance opportunity favors ramp in plaza..
