After you complete the Site Visit in your case, you'll need to draft documents. We've prepared these templates to make your job easy.
Websites
The following are websites you may need to use:
NYC Housing Preservation and Development Website - Use the property lookup to find past inspection reports and contact information for the landlord and/or owner.
NYC Dep't of Finance ACRIS Site - Use this to find the owners of the property from the city tax records.
NYC Dep't of Buildings - Use this to find information on construction permits, elevator violations, and some other problems.
