After you complete the Site Visit in your case, you'll need to draft documents. We've prepared these templates to make your job easier.
Websites
The following websites are very useful:
NYC Housing Preservation and Development Website - Use the property lookup to find past inspection reports and contact information for the landlord and/or owner.
NYC Dep't of Finance ACRIS Site - Use this to find the owners of the property from the city tax records.
NYC Department of Buildings - Use this to find information on construction permits, elevator violations, and some other problems.
