Planning includes a set of milestones that can be used to track and view the progress of the APIS translator. The milestones are based on the deliverables from the Process section.

4.1 Milestones for V1.0

• Initial work flow documentation (Date: 10/?/2002 Owner: Arroyo)
• Formal Naming scheme for the clob files, status report files, and intake files (Date: 11/08/2002 Owner: Arroyo and Arjanik)
• Initial data translation spec (Date: 10/28/2002 Owner:Davis)
• Final data translation spec (Date: 11/04/2002 Owner:Davis)
• The program 'shell' completed (Date: 11/15/2002 Owner:Arroyo)
• 'Shell' integrated with the data translation spec (Date: 11/18/2002 Owner:Arroyo)
• Development Completed/QA begins (Date: 11/19/2002 Owner: Arroyo)
• Development code reviewed and revised (Date: 11/22/2002 Owner:Arroyo and Arjanik)
• Additional QA (Date: 11/25/2002)
• Launch (Date: 11/26/2002)
