1.1 Initial Specifications

• Create a program to convert the current db for APIS to the latest MMF2 format
• This will be done by taking all the APIS entries in the MMF1 database and creating MMF2 loader files from them.
• Keep reuseability in mind so it can be used in later MMF2 data dumps, migrations, etc.

1.2 Detailed Specifications

• All laoder files will be generated into the same directory (either the default dir or in the directory specified with -h)
• The latest details that specify the validations being made are maintained in an offline spreadsheet. A copy of this spreadsheet is linked below in section 5.1
