Development
Planning includes a set of milestones that can be used to track and view the progress of the APIS Validator. The milestones are based on the deliverables from the Process section.

4.1 Milestones for V1.0

• General Data Collection (Date: 7/26/2002)
• Preliminary Data Specifications (Date: 7/29/2002)
• Fully defined data specifications and initial code structure(data structures and I/O) (Date: 8/7/2002)
• Base code completed (Date: 8/30/2002)
• Structural Meta Data validation included (Date: 9/6/2002)
• Begin QA (Date: 9/6/2002)
• QA reviewed and plan of action created (Date: 9/11/2002)
• Code ready for production (Date: 9/13/2002)

4.2 Milestones for V1.1

• Code review and list of updates/enhancements (Date: 9/20/2002)
• More formal list of updates and enhancements (Date: 9/25/2002)
• Code enhancements/updates ready for QA (Date: 10/4/2002)
• Move code outside of my directory for development so as to be able to better test the Validator (Date: 10/7/2002)
• Finish QA testing and new code review (Date: 10/11/2002)
• Begin using for new data feeds (Date: TBA)
