When extracting and processing catalog records for LWEB Eresources / Databases, apply the following rules:

1. Extract the following title fields from CLIO records: 130, 245, 246, 247, 730 and 740.
   
   
2. For browsable title listings, generate duplicate entries only for titles coded in CLIO as:
   
   
   1. 245: always
   2. 246: only when Indicator 1=1 or 3
   3. 247: only when Indicator 1=1
      
      
3. For the More Information display, display as alternate titles only those meeting the criteria in #2 above.
   
   
4. All extracted title fields, regardless of their indicators, should be indexed for keyword, title keyword and start of title searching
