Except --yes, just let me say this, not one of them, and I think this is accurate-- Gordon, Gardner, Ted Newcomb, -- were as totally involved in the social activist part of their discipline as was I, because for one thing, they didn't have to be. And the issues had not become as stark as they became in regard to Brown. Although, interestingly enough, I got every one of them involved as a co-signer, in Brown, in the (decision).
But they were all elected president of APA. Can we stop?
